Reiki training with Valérie – An invitation to your soul
Do you feel the call of Reiki? Over two days in Zurich, I offer you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the ‘First Teachings – Shoden’ or the ‘Second Teachings – Okuden’ in an intimate setting and connect with the all-encompassing power of Reiki. A space for healing, growth and deep remembering. My holistic Reiki approach is complemented by trauma-sensitive elements of Somatic Experiencing (SE).
You will be initiated into the wisdom of Reiki and receive your Shoden and/or Okuden certification (Level I or Level II) upon completion. This retreat is more than a training – it is a journey that touches body, mind and soul.
The practice of Reiki is based on the idea that this universal life energy can flow through a practitioner’s hands to balance and harmonize the energy in the recipient’s body.
My training sessions are a deep, transformative experience. In a protected space, you can come completely into your own. We deliberately work in a small group to create space for personal support and individual processes.
No matter where you are on your path, these days are an invitation to dive deeper into yourself. Reiki reminds us of what we have long carried within us.

ReIKI SESSIONS WITH VALérie
Healing means remembering your essence.
Valérie combines a Reiki session with a vibroacoustic table. You listen to music while the frequencies of the table gently sprinkle your body and stimulate your cell structure. A treatment like this is like a massage for body and soul.
All sessions begin with an introductory talk tailored to your needs and interests. You are clothed at all times. The Reiki sessions take place in Zurich.
Where does Reiki come from?
The term ‘Reiki’ is made up of the Japanese words ‘rei’ (universal) and ‘ki’ (life energy), which translates roughly as ‘universal life energy’.
Everything has energy or ‘Ki’ in it – even a piece of paper or a plant, every object in the room, the building itself, the city, the country, the world, the universe and so on. This energy may seem invisible or elusive, but it is actually all-encompassing. It is this energy that makes not only people but also worlds function. It is the fuel that drives people and ultimately gives them structure and purpose in life. That is Reiki. It is the energy of everything. It is neither a religion nor man-made.
