Next Breathwork & SoUND HEALING GROUP SESSIONS In Zurich

Sacred Ways’ Sound & Breath ceremonies connect you to the deeper levels of yourself through the power of your own breath. The breath in combination with sounds and rhythms enables journeys to inner resources and is often described as healing and transformative.

Circular, connected breathing is a natural ability that is available to us all. Inhalation and exhalation merge intuitively to flood the body with energy. It can be a special experience to consciously perceive this movement of energy in the body.

Marc has developed the Naikando Method®, which uses tuning forks and conscious sound to deepen the experience, especially in meditative states. This approach expands the method and supports self-healing in a new way.

The ‘Deep Dive Advanced’ ceremonies take place 2 – 3 times a year at the Seeschau in Erlenbach. These are aimed at our training graduates and people who already have experience with psychotropic breathwork and are ready to dive deep into the inner landscapes through an extended breathwork session according to the holotropic protocol (2+ hours).

The session will be embedded in an extended ceremonial framework that includes cocoa, a shared musical circle as well as conscious attunement and extended integration time.
