Our Sound Healing Meditations are anchored in the power of the gong and quartz singing bowls, enhanced with additional sound colors for a profound journey back into the memory of your essence. Sound therapy is characterized by the specific use of frequencies to promote healing and balance. It addresses different levels of our existence – from the physical to the emotional and spiritual – by using different instruments and the voice. This helps us to come into harmony with ourselves and become in sync with the laws of nature, the structure and order of the cosmos. Our body basically has a natural tendency to heal itself to restore balance. It strives for homeostasis and wants to be ‘in tune’, however many factors can hinder this natural process, such as pollutants, lifestyle, diet, lack of exercise or state of mind. Sound affects us on so many different levels, from cell function to tissue, hormones, brain waves and the flow of energy within us. The healing power of sound was used by most ancient cultures. The ancient Greeks used the flute and lyre, Native American tribes used shamanic drums and songs, Aborigines used the didgeridoo and Hindus chanted Sanskrit mantras to restore balance, harmony and health between man and nature. Sound is considered one of the most natural forms of therapy known to mankind. Many people still think that sound therapy is just another esoteric healing method, however, several cultures have known for thousands of years that the effects of sound healing go far beyond the spectrum of relaxation. Sound touches us on many different levels: physically, energetically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Sound healing as a form of therapy has experienced a steady revival in recent decades and is becoming increasingly recognized by scientists and popular with people of all ages and backgrounds. <\/p>

Ancient cultures were aware that everything is vibration, and even Einstein agreed when he supposedly said: “Everything is energy and that is all you need to know. Determine the frequency of your desired reality and you can’t help but get that reality. That’s not philosophical gobbledygook. This is physics.” Since the scientific recognition of quantum physics, which is supposed to explain the model of reality and existence from the microcosm to the macrocosm, we are experiencing a major paradigm shift. The previous separation of spirituality and science, the separation of body and mind, seems to be slowly dissolving and being replaced not only by faith but also by scientific knowledge, which confirms that everything and everyone is connected in a sea of vibrations.
