The healing power of the mountains, the timeless beauty of an oasis of calm, just a few breaths away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Welcome to our retreat for women and mothers, a harmonious interplay of relaxation, self-care and connecting strength. <\/p>\n

Amidst the majestic backdrop of the Swiss Alps, we invite you to recharge your batteries for four days in the soft light of fall and the beginning of winter. Treat yourself to this precious time to fill your inner cup, embrace yourself and feel the healing warmth of connection. <\/p>\n

The retreat program includes yoga and yoga nidra, meditation, women’s circle, sound bath and a breathwork ceremony. But there will also be plenty of free time to explore the beautiful mountains of the Vals Valley, visit the thermal baths designed by star architect Peter Zumthor or to be brave and take a break. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
