Welcome to the Sacred Ways Institute of Transformational Arts<\/strong> in Zurich. Our institute offers transpersonal and trauma-sensitive trainings and events in the field of Breathwork, Sound Healing, Transpersonal Psychology and Reiki, designed for teachers, guides and coaches of a new, holistic approach. <\/p>

At Sacred Ways we cultivate a modern and psycho-spiritual approach that combines science-based methods and ancient wisdom teachings. With many years of experience in the healing arts, Marc Gr\u00fcninger has developed the Naikando Method\u00ae<\/strong>, an innovative approach to the fusion of Conscious Connected Breathwork and Sound Healing – underpinned by an authentic process of self-exploration – which forms the foundation of the certified, trauma-sensitive Transformational Guide & Breathwork Teacher training program<\/strong><\/a> the first on-site teacher training of its kind in Switzerland and the DACH region, combining breathwork, sound therapy and transpersonal modalities. <\/p>

In addition to our training offerings and Breathwork Fundamental Online Course ‘Sanctuary of Stillness’<\/a>, we work in customized individual sessions, 1:1 transpersonal process work and exquisite ceremonial group events(Sound Meditations<\/a> & Breathwork Ceremonies<\/a>) and private retreats in Zurich and surrounding areas in the field of Frequency and Sound Therapy, Breathwork, Meditation, Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Transpersonal Psychology to accompany and support your own process of self-discovery.<\/p>

We also support organizations, companies and leadership mentors – including Fondation Beyeler, EHL Hospitality School, ON AG and Roche – in the context of burnout prevention, stress management and corporate wellbeing<\/a>.<\/p>

The journey begins within you as soon as you are ready to dive into the depths of the self to rediscover your unique frequency. Our trainings and workshops, as well as customized sessions, can initiate this process so that you can gain insights into your own spiritual development. Self-sabotaging patterns and the obstacles of cultural and familial imprints that have been passed on to you will be revealed. <\/p>

In our 1:1 sessions, as well as private and public group events, we support you in activating your innate self-healing powers. We are convinced of the transformative power of ceremonial work to return to the self in individual sound and breath journeys in the midst of a collective energy. <\/p>

We place great emphasis on creating a safe space and base our training and sessions on many years of professional experience in the fields of Transpersonal Psychology, Integrative Body Therapy, Breathwork, Reiki, Systemic Family Work, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Men’s and Women’s Wisdom Work, Shamanic Medicine Work and Sound and Vibration Therapy as well as the mystical teachings.<\/em><\/p>
